The Sunburn

Hot day, warm sun

Humid heat, want fun.

Big pool, many kids

Go there, count heads.

Lie out, read book

Time flies, I cook

Too hot, go swim

Not notice, my skin

Later on, get out

Have color, no doubt

Dry off, go home

Aloe vera, put on

Shoulders first, legs next

Then face, last neck

Many freckles, very red

Maybe now, in head

Next time, in sun

Sunscreen, more fun!
